I can‘t relate to some of the negative opinions here. My experience was actually pretty amazing. Fast shipping, great products - no issues whatsoever. Well done Hervia!

Horrible place to shop.

First of all I got hit with wild custom fees. But thats normal, I guess.
Whats not normal is that I returned package and they never refunded me. After I emailed them asking why, they said they will refund me asap. Confirmed that they did. But its been over a week and nothing on my balance.

So my conclusion is that they are liars and scammers

What I dont understand is why Hervia will have free post to the rest of the world but insist on charging UK clients! Then the postage and packing and excrutiatingly slow delivery in thier own country? DO you work in conjunction with the UK border force who peanilse the people who pay VAT, the taxes that allow you to trade?

No cash refund!! If you reside outside of the U.K do not use Hervia before reading their return policy which will only give store credit for 6 months for any returned purchases. Buy elsewhere.

Ordered a cap from hervia on Sunday paid for express delivery as needed for a birthday pressent, thought it would ship on Monday but no e mail on Monday, waited until Tuesday afternoon and still no mail so I sent a mail asking when my order would ship only to be told my item was not in stock, How in this day and age can a website let you pay for goods that they do not have in stock, only found out because I mailed as they did not bother to ring or mail me to say they had not got my item ordered, very bad customer service and only interested in taking your money,will never order from them again I am so disappointed as this was a gift for my niece that I had already told her I had bought for her

Super Fast delivery! Sent sneakers w/ overbox, everything went as smooth as possible.

They sent me a wrong color sneakers which are cheaper. They even tried to upsell them to me. Dishonest hopeless online merchant.

Mock up customer service, Never reply enquiry for dispatch date. Delivered wrong item. Customer service staff not able to answer simple question over the phone. Over promised that they will reply within the same day if I sent them the evidence in email. However, they said they are not able to acccess to the email whenI called back again. This time asked me to leave him my email address. When I asked him to repeat the email address that he could not answer, obviously he did not write it down. Hopeless staff!

The store manager is rude to dark skin customers. He perceives you as shoplifter, or "too black to afford luxury".

They sell real vivienne westwood here and its even better than the actual site because they have tax free for customers outside the U. K. and they also sometimes have specials where there is free shipping. I always take advantage of this because shipping from uk to us they normally charge 12pounds which is equivalent to $19.08 which is the current rate change.
